BalBok –National Champion at the European Business Awards 2013/14

BalBok to represent Bulgaria in Europe’s most competitive business awards competition
The European Business Awards has announced today that BalBok Engineering Co. is to represent Bulgaria as a National Champion in the prestigious 2013/14 Awards programme. BalBok beat off stiff competition to be selected as one of 15 National Champions and will now compete for Ruban d’Honneur status in the next round of the competition. Final category Award winners will be unveiled April 2014.
The European Business Awards has identified some of Europe’s brightest businesses based on their ability to demonstrate the three core principles at the heart of the Awards programme. The esteemed panel of judges were looking for organisations to represent Bulgaria who exhibited innovation, business excellence and sustainability.
BalBok’s mission is environmental protection and prevention of waste pollution, in a safe and economically effective way. The things that make the company different are the passion for work well done and the strict compliance with rules and legislation.
The European Business Awards is independent programme dedicated to raising the visibility and progress of companies who excel in delivering innovation twinned with successful commercial results whilst acting responsibly and positively affecting the social environment they operate in.
Last year’s competition saw entries from organisations with a combined turnover of €1 trillion Euros (8.23% of EU GDP, including Turkey, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan) who employ over 2.7 million people.
The Awards highlight and promote examples of individuals and organizations that achieve outstanding results across a variety of disciplines – from environmental concern to customer focus – results that set them apart as leaders in Europe.
The European Business Awards are presented in 10 categories. BalBok Engineering is competing in Environmental and Corporate Sustainability category.
