BalBok Engineering marked the World Environment Day

BalBok Engineering marked the World Environment Day on 5 June with Mobile Point and flowers. The Mobile Collection Point was located at 5 Paris Street, in the parking lot at Sofia Inspectorate with the usual working hours, and enabled the citizens of Sredets and Serdika municipal regions to hand over the collected hazardous waste from their households. The difference this time was that on the sunny day of June they received in return beautiful live flowers or sunglasses. Like a holiday!
On 5 June, we celebrate the World Environment Day. It has been celebrated since 1973, according to an UN General Assembly resolution. The aim of the UN is to give a human dimension to environmental issues and to encourage each of us to take some real action to protect the planet. The citizens who join and use the services of the Hazardous Waste System take these real actions and contribute for Sofia to becoming a cleaner and orderly European city. The System for Collection of Household Hazardous Waste of Sofia Municipality and BalBok Engineering has been successfully implemented on the territory of the Municipality for the sixth consecutive year.
Most of the time there were representatives of the Sofia Inspectorate, present at the mobile point.
