6 June 2016, Mobile Point in front of the Sofia Inspectorate

In June again, you will be able to bring the hazardous waste from your household on four mobile points located in different areas of the capital.
On 6 June /Monday/ 2016 – we will be expecting you in front of the Sofia Inspectorate and on 23-25 is the three-day summer campaign (in "Ovcha kupel", "Lozenetz" and "Triaditza", “Slatina” and “Podujane”), about which we will inform you in detail.
There will be collection of the following hazardous waste, formed in the households, for free:
- Mercury and mercury containing appliances
- Varnish and paint materials
- Household detergents and chemicals
- Ink and used printing materials
- Pharmaceutical products (medicines with expired sell-by date)
Тhe Mobile collection point on 6 June will be located on 5 Parizh Street, the parking area in front of Sofia Inspectorate from 8.30 to 14.30 hours and will cover Sredetz and Serdika municipal regions.
The mobile point is in connection with the World Environment Day, which we mark every year. The day has been celebrated since 1973, according to UN General Assembly Resolution. The UN’s aim is to give a human dimension to the environmental problems and to encourage everybody to take some real action towards protecting the Planet.
