High-tech companies in Bulgaria: European prospects

Meeting-Discussion of the Business Club for Innovation at the Applied Research and Communications Fund, July 11, 2017 in Sofia, 5 Alexander Zhendov Str., From 17:00 to 18:00 hours.
The meeting was opened by Daniela Tchonkova, Head of Innovation and Business Support Program, Enterprise Europe Network, Applied Research and Communications Foundation.
The event was held with the special participation of Mr. Michael Forbes, Ambassador of the Republic of Ireland to Bulgaria, who presented National Policy and Current Trends in the High-Tech Market in Ireland.
The program also included a presentation and profile of successful innovative companies in the EU based on the results of the SME Toolkit, Horizon 2020 for the last 3 years - Economic sectors and research areas for funding, by Denitsa Marinova, Project Coordinator, Applied Research and Communications Foundation. Mr. Raicho Raichev, founder and CEO of the company EnduroSat, shared with the club members his experience at Phase 2 of Horizon 2020.
A representative of BalBok Engineering AD participated in the meeting-discussion as well. The company is a member of the Business Club of the Applied Research and Communications Foundation.
