Memorandum of cooperation between Military Academy and BalBok Engineering

On 4 September 2012, the Military Academy “G. S. Rakovski” and BalBok Engineering signed a Memorandum of cooperation and collaboration in the following areas:
- Teaching
- Research
- Consulting
- Information services
- Laboratory work
- Applied studies
A basis for the Memorandum is the high competence in the direction of “National security” and emergency situations management of the academic staff of the Military Academy, together with the significant theoretical and practical experience of BalBok Engineering in the area of environmental protection and hazardous waste management, as well as the availability of company’s own facilities.
The Memorandum was signed at an official ceremony, taking place in the Military Academy, by commodore Dimiter Angelov, chief of the Military Academy and Mrs. Lilia Jeliazkova, PhD, executive director of BalBok Engineering, for the period of ten years.
